RETURN POLICY

Vacuum tubes, parts, and speakers are subject to a limited warranty against defective materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from date of purchase from New Sensor Corp.

Electro-Harmonix effects, pro-audio products, and microphones are subject to a limited warranty against defective materials and workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase from an authorized Electro-Harmonix dealer.

Dunlop and MXR products are subject to warranty as stated by Dunlop Manufacturing Inc. New Sensor Corp. does not accept Dunlop and MXR product returns. All Dunlop and MXR warranty issues must be directed to Dunlop Manufacturing Inc.

Eminence speaker returns will not be accepted by New Sensor Corp. after a period of 90 days. Any Eminence warranty issues in excess of 90 days must directed to Eminence.

All items received from New Sensor Corp. should be inspected immediately upon receipt. Warranty periods are not negotiable. If you receive a shipment and discover damage to it, notify the carrier immediately and make a claim. Do not return merchandise to us until notified to do so by the carrier. Retain all packaging materials including Styrofoam peanuts, inner and outer cartons, labeling, etc. for inspection by the carrier. Without this your claim may be denied. With shipments properly packaged (as all our shipments are), the ultimate responsibility for delivery in good condition rests with the carrier.

No warranties will apply to any items that have been damaged by improper use or have been altered in any way after delivery by New Sensor Corp. Returned vacuum tubes are subject to our failure analysis to determine the cause of failure. Tubes which show evidence of excessive dissipation, low emission, wear, or other damage indicating improper operation or use will not be accepted for warranty or exchange.

All returns require a return authorization issued by New Sensor Customer Service . Items without a return authorization will not be accepted for return. All products are not sold for evaluation. Items returned that are not defective are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable.

End use consumers must return defective tubes, parts, and speakers to the dealer from which they were purchased. The dealer will make arrangements with New Sensor Corp. for replacement of defective items.

A photocopy of the sales receipt clearly showing the purchase date must be provided with Electro-Harmonix effects, pro-audio products, and microphones that are being returned for warranty service.

With the exception of large dealers that have not negotiated a return policy with Electro-Harmonix, we will honor the return of any new unadulterated product by a dealer if it fails to operate due to defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase.
